Law Foundations Course (Diploma)
Our law foundations course for non-law graduates
If you're looking to switch to a career in law, our Law Foundations Course will build the foundational knowledge you need for your onward legal training. In addition to the knowledge and skills you need to pass your future legal assessments, we'll help you think like a lawyer from the outset, with personalised advice towards a career action plan and securing legal pro bono experience.
The Law Foundations Course enables a smooth transition into studying law whilst developing the skills you need to secure pupillage or Qualifying Work Experience.
You will learn like a lawyer from the outset, with teaching delivered by experienced solicitors and barristers. Through highly interactive small group teaching sessions, we provide opportunities to apply your growing legal knowledge, professional capabilities, and problem-solving skills.
Over 150 leading organisations send their trainee lawyers to study with us. These include chambers, local councils, in-house teams, and law firms from the Magic Circle to the high street, commercial giants to niche practices.
So when the profession trusts us, you can too.
