About this program
Sport and Exercise Sciences
This program has been designed to provide students with the opportunity to develop a critical understanding of the principles and application of research design and analytical methods relevant to the scientific study of sport and exercise sciences. In contrast to our MRes programs in Sport and Exercise Physiology and Psychology, this program gives students the option to study elements of both physiology and psychology. The program facilitates the integration of theory and professional practice, and throughout the program the research process and emphasis on student autonomy of learning become increasingly important.
Students who complete 60 credits of taught modules gain a certificate award.
