The B.A. in Business Administration: People Management and Leadership is a dually accredited program. You will get both American and European BA degree for a single price. The Management and Leadership concentration focuses on human resources management with special emphasis on leadership, both on a team and individual level.

The program is delivered by an international faculty with top qualifications and experience in the business world. We commit ourselves to a personalized education model: in Spring 2020 marketing, the average class size in business undergraduate studies was 18 students!
The Management and Leadership concentration focuses on human resources management with special emphasis on leadership, both on a team and individual level. Students will also learn skills in the area of project management and effective communication as well as acquire knowledge of organization theory and applied psychology. Given the multicultural nature of the student body and the teaching staff, special emphasis will be given to management and leadership in multicultural environment of transnational corporations.
The graduates of this concentration will become not only skilled people managers in leading businesses but will also be capable of leading their own teams as entrepreneurs.
Admission requirements
AAU offers rolling admissions, allowing students to apply throughout the year for the semester of their choosing.
In order to apply for an undergraduate (bachelor’s degree) program, applicants must submit a completed Application Form and all of the documents, listed below. The documents need to be in English. Non-English documents must be certified by an authorized translator:
- Evidence of completing secondary education (a notarized copy of a High School Diploma or its equivalent, e.g. IB diploma, A levels certificate, etc.)
- Copy of transcript
- Any of the minimum qualifying English test scores: TOEFL (min. 525 on the paper-based test, 71 on Internet-based test); FCE (mark A or B); CAE (mark A, B or C); IELTS (min. 6 – minimum of 5.5 in each subtest); City & Guilds - IESOL (Communicator, B2, First class pass); IGCSE First Language English or IGCSE English as a Second; Language at Grade C or above; IB (English A or B at HL/SL)*
