Food Animal Metabolism and Management in the Circular Economy (FAMCE)

The Master's Degree Course aims to obtain a professional figure specialized in the management of animal production systems within circular economic approach. This goal is achieved by combining specific skills in the field of animal metabolism, its multiple connections with the issues of animal efficiency and health and advanced notions on the circular management of intensive production. The course proposes innovative approaches that include seminars held by international experts and the use of the University's facilities, such as the dairy center. Graduates possess abilities to manage complexity of the ecological and technological transition in food-animal production, professionally interacting with stakeholders, scholars and institutions.

Admission requirements

To be admitted to the Master (2nd cycle degree) in Food Animal Metabolism And Management In The Circular Economy it is necessary to:

  • Meet the curricular requirements;
  • Possess personal adequate preparation;
  • Prove to have a B2 English level.

Students who will score a minimum of 65 points will be admitted straight to the Program. Students who will score from 50 to 64 points will have to undergo an oral interview. If they don’t show up for the interview they won’t be able to be admitted.

Students who will score less than 50 points will not be admitted to the Program.
