About me
I am someone who loves food. From the preparation stage to eating, it's common to find me in the kitchen creating or recreating recipes. I hope to grow as a professional in the food industry to share my joy of quality food with the world.
My favorite phrase
One of the things I try to live by is "If you know you can't keep up, don't step up", meaning that if you're not going to see something through, then don't start it in the first place.
This mentality motivates me when I feel like giving up on a course I started. I love reading, writing, and listening to music in my free time, and am hoping to share my thoughts with people in a blog one day.
Why I chose France
When thinking of France, the first thing that probably pops to your mind is the 'City of Love', Paris, and its most famous monument, the Eiffel Tower. Art lovers might also think about France's various museums, other beautiful cities, and architecture.
Food lovers like me aren't left out, as the French are widely known for their food, especially the amazing cheeses. It is said that one could have a different cheese each day throughout the year in France. Being in this country for almost 6 months, I totally agree that France is magical.
Lille, just like every city in France, has its own charms. It's a student city, and is therefore very young and lively. The locals are very nice and kind, contrary to the perception some people have.
There is amazing architecture, and it’s home to some of the most amazing beers one could wish for. As for a personal fun fact about Lille, I strongly believe that you could walk through the entire city in only one day (that is my opinion though)!
