This page outlines the Terms and Conditions for the educations.com Study a Master's in Europe Scholarship.

In these Terms and Conditions:

  • "scholarship" refers to the educations.com Study a Master's in Europe Scholarship
  • "we", "us," "our" or "educations.com" refers to Keystone Educations Group
  • "you" or "your" refers to you as the scholarship applicant

By submitting an application for this scholarship, it is understood that you have read and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.


1. Applications

1.1 Scholarship eligibility

To apply for this scholarship:

  • You have applied (or will apply) to one or more universities within Europe.
  • You have applied (or will apply) for a master's-level degree starting in Fall 2024.
  • You must be studying the degree program either in Europe or online via distance learning from a European institute.
  • You must meet the entry requirements for your chosen university or business school, including:
    • Holding a valid undergraduate (Bachelor's) degree
    • Meeting the language requirements for the program
  • You must hold or be eligible to apply for a relevant study visa (if applicable)
  • You must be studying abroad in a country:
    • Where you do not hold citizenship
    • That you do not currently reside in (unless currently studying abroad)

You must meet these eligibility requirements in order to be considered for this scholarship. If you do not meet the eligibility requirements, we will disqualify your application. You will not receive notification of disqualification.

Applications must be submitted in English. Applications in other languages will not be considered. Similarly, applications including a CV, academic records, certifications, or documents other than the application essay will not be evaluated.

1.2 Application deadline

All applications must be submitted through the official online form and completed by 15th May 2024 at 12:00 CEST. At this time, we will close the application form and no further submissions or edits to submissions will be allowed.

Any applications submitted to us by means other than the official online form will not be considered. Please do not email or post us your applications.

1.3 Submitting false or misleading information

All information included in your application and in any further communication regarding this scholarship must be, to the best of your knowledge, correct at the time of submission.

Purposefully providing false or misleading information is an offense. If we know or have reason to believe that you have provided false or misleading information, we may disqualify your application. If the scholarship has already been paid, you will be liable to repay to us the total sum of the scholarship awarded.


2. Finalists

2.1 Finalist criteria and selection

The scoring criteria and number of finalists selected are at our discretion, and will be dependent on the number and quality of applications received. While we will not disclose the exact application scoring criteria, we strive to be as fair and consistent in our scoring as possible in order to ultimately award the scholarship to someone who fits the closest with our ideal candidate (outlined on the scholarship landing page).

2.2 Notification of finalists

Finalists will be notified via email to the email address supplied in the application form between the 12nd and 24th of June 2024 and must reply to confirm their continued interest in the scholarship and submit additional documentation (described below) within 7 days of receiving the email.

Failure to respond within this 7-day period may result in your place as a finalist being withdrawn. If you fail to respond within this period and are withdrawn as a finalist, you will not be notified.

2.3 Additional documentation

Finalists will be required to submit additional documentation online to support their application. This may include:

  • Proof of acceptance into the university in the form of an acceptance letter
  • Proof of undergraduate qualification in the form of a transcript
  • Proof of identity in the form of a passport

Please have these documents on-hand should we ask to see them (which is highly likely).

We will accept color photocopies or scans of the documents listed above. Submitting low-quality copies of the documents may result in your place as a finalist being withdrawn. If you are withdrawn as a finalist, you will not be notified.

2.4 Change of circumstances

When we select and contact scholarship finalists, we require you to notify us if, for any reason, your circumstances have changed since submitting your application, resulting in information you originally supplied being out-of-date or invalid. Failure to do so may result in you being withdrawn as a finalist.


3. Awarding the scholarship

3.1 Announcing the winner

The scholarship winner will be announced on our website and social media channels between the 3rd and 9th of July 2024, after the winner has officially accepted their scholarship.

3.2 Accepting the scholarship

If you are selected as the scholarship winner, you will receive an official "offer" via email before 1st July 2024 and must reply either accepting or rejecting this offer within 3 days of receiving the offer.

Failure to respond within this 3-day period may result in the scholarship offer being withdrawn and reassigned to another applicant.

3.3 Payment of funds

We will make payment of funds in a single installment directly to the university on your behalf. We do not make payment of funds to the student.

Payment of funds will be organized with the university and may take some time depending on the university's specific regulations and processes surrounding the payment of sponsored funds. Thus, we cannot guarantee a specific payment date.

The total value of the scholarship offered will be outlined in the official offer email. We reserve the right to offer any value of funds, up to the value of 5 000 euros. If the tuition fees are 5 000 euros or higher, the student will be awarded 5 000 euros. If the tuition fees fall below 5 000 euros students will only be awarded the scholarship up to the tuition cost.

If the winner decides to cancel or defer their program / study period, it will be resulted to funds payment cancellation, winner forfeits, and the award goes to another finalist who will study at a program starting in the Fall 2023.

3.4 Taxation

We are not responsible for and cannot provide you with financial advice on taxation matters. The information provided here is of a general nature only and does not take into account your individual financial circumstances.

3.5 Privacy / Use of personal information

If you are offered the scholarship, your details including your name, school, photograph, and scholarship awarded will be featured on our websites and social media, as well as passed on to media for the purpose of promoting our brand, the scholarship, and future scholarships.

By accepting the scholarship, you waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product, the advertising copy or other matter that may be used to promote educations.com as well as this and any other future scholarships.

3.6 Scholarship cancellation

We reserve the right to edit the terms and/or cancel the scholarship program at any point.

3.7 Application feedback

We will not provide feedback on applications.
