The International Migration and Global Social Change Master’s program trains specialists with a comprehensive, interdisciplinary understanding of migration and social changes in the contemporary world. It equips professionals to analyze the causes, consequences, and policies of migration, and to interpret the social and cultural transformations it brings. The program approaches migration from sociological, political, economic, legal, anthropological, and cultural perspectives.

This program provides Romanian language courses particularly designed for foreign students who aim to undertake academic studies at a Romanian University or wish to improve and brush up on their previously acquired knowledge.

The Faculty of Philosophy, in a partnership with the Faculty of Business and Administration, are pleased to announce the launch of their new jointly organized MA program in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics, starting October 2017. It is the first PPE program in Romania, and one of the very few in Eastern Europe.

The two-year master program in comparative politics taught in English at the Political Science Faculty of the University of Bucharest is among the very few of its kind in Central, Eastern, and South-East Europe. The program provides students with an intellectually stimulating analysis of the key issues in regional and European politics, such as the changing dynamics of state power, the dimensions of regime change, and the challenge posed to states by ethnonationalism and political radicalisms. The program is on track to become of the elite graduate programs of the University of Bucharest in terms of internationalization and EU academic exchanges. A wide range of academic and institutional partnerships ensure enhanced professional skills for prospective students.

This two-year degree program aims to prepare future professionals of public affairs for higher adaptability to multicultural and increasingly digital work environments while contributing to advancing the local, national and global sustainable development and social responsibility efforts.

European Studies program aims to analyze the national and transnational developments on the European continent seen as a whole and its mission is the interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary training of future specialists in the field of European studies in order for them to develop the capacity to understand and communicate with people belonging to different cultural environments, to lead and organize international teams, to develop abilities in managing the relations with partners and mass media against the European background.

In Oradea, a university center with a tradition of more than two centuries, the program of International Relations and European Studies was established in 2003 and accredited in the spring of 2008, within the Department bearing the same name and has since become one of the most effective, efficient and dynamic program in our University. All courses within the program of Bachelor of Arts in Political Science (SPE) are fully taught and examined in English.
