Caucasus School of Governance (CSG) offers state-of-the-art programs in International Relations and Public Administration at both the BA and MA levels, while from 2016 CSG also offers a Ph.D. program in International Relations. At the school, students gain extensive knowledge to become professional civil servants or international relations experts.

The Master's Degree in International Relations is unique for a number of reasons. Students are able to take advantage of Webster’s global footprint by studying abroad at Webster campuses throughout the world and are taught by faculty who are noted scholars and practitioners in the field.

The program provides students with the understanding of the essence of politics and international relations and equips them with skills necessary for operation in multicultural setting while making them competent and competitive in an international environment. Graduate students also gain a good understanding of current political, economic, cultural and social processes of the world and get insight into the existing scholarly debates in political science and international relations.

The undergraduate international relations major at Webster is designed to help students develop the skills they need to understand and take part in an interconnected world: political awareness, economic understanding, cultural competency, and global citizenship.

The program's teaching component provides students with an adequate methodological background and tools to research at a high level. At the same time, Master Programme in Social Sciences is oriented on the development of necessary general skills of students, which on the one hand are essential for continuing scientific work on the doctoral level, and on the other hand, are important for a successful career on the modern labour market.

Master's Program in Journalism focuses on developing journalism and employment of Master's graduates in media institutions. The Programme is designed for any speciality of a Bachelor's Degree. Master Programme in Journalism aims to gain students the necessary skills and to prepare highly qualified journalists.

American Studies program will give a chance to Georgian, as well as foreign students to get high level Western, multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary education about the United States envisaging Georgian requirements. This mission will be carried out by highly qualified Georgian, as well American Fulbright Professors invited by the US embassy in Georgia.

This English-language MA reflects the requirements of social cohesion as well as the labour market and is aimed at building state institutions in a harmonious society. Taking into consideration the specificity of the Caucasus region, the programme will train qualified and competitive specialists in the following disciplines: Anthropology, Linguistics, Political Science, and International Relations.

The mission of the program is to enable students both to see and to assess the forces underlying continuity and change in American foreign policy. Courses included in the program will provide conceptual, theoretical, and historical components appropriate for students to do theoretical research in American Foreign Affairs.

The Master's program in Public Administration aims to prepare the future public servant following the requirements of modern public administration, who will have an in-depth and systematic knowledge of public administration and governance principles, public governance theories, national and international legal regulations, and economic standards.

MA in Global Governance provides graduates (in the field of international politics and relations) with the ability to independently research the effectiveness of international organizations, institutional frameworks, legal-normative mechanisms and socio-economic factors while studying the complex nature of global processes and events.

The Master of International Relations program develops international affairs professionals who understand complex, transnational issues and manage real-world organizations. Students acquire qualitative and quantitative analytical skills and the hands-on management skills required by leaders in the major fields of international affairs and substantive knowledge of a policy concentration and demonstrated foreign language ability.

MA students of International Relations and Politics will be able to work in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, State structures responsible for foreign policy and national security issues, namely, Office of National Security Council, Ministry of Defense, foreign relations departments of various Ministries, NGOs working on international relations and national security issues, research centers, etc.

The Master of Public Governance has the opportunity to work on any high, middle, or low position in any State Authority – Ministry, LEPL, Governmental Organization, any Local Self-Government authority scientifical-research organization, NGOs which work on issues of Public Governance research and development.

The program is oriented on mastering the knowledge of the activity related to managing culture/art institutions and the skills and abilities necessary for the profession of culture manager, enabling the graduates to assist in organizational management, research, analyzing the results to make an informed decision and manage the sphere of culture with modern standards.
