Logistics Engineering is a new engineering area dedicated to the optimal design and operation of logistics systems that includes material and finished goods forecasting, procurement, transportation, manufacturing, storage, distribution, and warehousing. Students learn about key logistics concepts such as transportation management, inventory control, and warehouse operations.
