Service design is a field concerned with creating and developing better customer service experiences. It involves everything from employee training to organizational design, and is increasingly important in fields such as retail, transportation, and health care.

Higher education system in Oman is done in the five common international languages namely English, French, Spanish Portuguese and Chinese among other languages. This has eliminated the issue of language barriers in these higher education institutions among other international students.
