Terms & Conditions: Free Flights Giveaway

This page outlines the Terms and Conditions for the educations.com Flight Giveaway Program.

In these Terms and Conditions:

• "giveaway" refers to the Keystone Free Flights Giveaway Program
• "we", "us," "our" or "educations.com" refers to Keystone Educations Group
• "you" or "your" refers to you as the giveaway participant

By submitting an application for the giveaway, it is understood that you have read and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

1. Applications

1.1 Giveaway eligibility

To apply for this giveaway:

• You must have subscribed to Keystone Student Hub YouTube Channel.
• You must have watched the Top 10 Best Countries to Study in the World for 2024 at Keystone Student Hub YouTube Channel
• You must have written your comment on the video above
• Your country of study destination should be one the 10 countries listed in the video above

You must meet these eligibility requirements in order to be considered for this giveaway. If you do not meet the eligibility requirements, we will disqualify your application. You will not receive notification of disqualification.

1.2 Giveaway participation

All participants must have subscribed, watched, and commented in the Top 10 Study Abroad Destination video on our YouTube by 10th June 2025 at 23:59 CEST. At this time, we will close the application form and no further comments will be considered.

Any applications submitted to us by means other than the comment on our YouTube video will not be considered.

1.3 Submitting false or misleading information

All information included in your application and in any further communication regarding this giveaway must be, to the best of your knowledge, correct at the time of submission.

Purposefully providing false or misleading information is an offense. If we know or have reason to believe that you have provided false or misleading information, we may disqualify your application. If the giveaway has already been paid, you will be liable to repay to us the total sum of the giveaway awarded.

2. Awarding the giveaway

2.1 Announcing the winner

Keystone will contact the giveaway winner through Instagram direct message that was stated by the participant in the comment box.

The giveaway winner will be announced on our website and social media channels on 15th June 2024, after the winner has officially accepted their giveaway.

2.2 Accepting the giveaway

If you are selected as the giveaway winner, you will receive an official "offer" via email before 20th June 2024 and must reply either accepting or rejecting this offer within 3 days of receiving the offer.

Failure to respond within this 3-day period may result in the giveaway offer being withdrawn and reassigned to another applicant.

2.3 Payment of prize

We will make a payment of flight prize through a flight voucher, that we will send directly to the email of the winner(s).

The total value of the giveaway offered will be outlined in the official offer email. We reserve the right to offer any value of funds.

If the winner decides to cancel or defer their program / study period, it will be resulted to prize cancellation, winner forfeits, and the award goes to another participants.

2.4 Taxation

We are not responsible for and cannot provide you with financial advice on taxation matters. The information provided here is of a general nature only and does not take into account your individual financial circumstances.

2.5 Privacy / Use of personal information

If you are offered the giveaway, your details including your name, school, photograph, and giveaway awarded will be featured on our websites and social media, as well as passed on to media for the purpose of promoting our brand, the giveaway, and future giveaways.

By accepting the giveaway, you waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product, the advertising copy or other matter that may be used to promote educations.com as well as this and any other future giveaways.

2.6 Giveaway cancellation

We reserve the right to edit the terms and/or cancel the giveaway program at any point.

2.7 Participation feedback

We will not provide feedback on participation.
