By applying for our scholarships below:

• Adult Learner Scholarship ($4,000)
• Study a Master's in Europe Scholarship (€5,000)
• Study a Bachelor's in the USA Scholarship ($5,000)
• Go Global MBA Scholarship ($7,000)
• Global Access to Medicine Scholarship ($10,000)
• Women's Scholarship for International Students ($5,000)
• Graduate Study in the USA ($5,000)
• Undergraduate in STEM Scholarship ($5,000)

You have read and agreed to comply with these Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”). If you do not accept these T&Cs, please do not enter or apply for the above scholarships.

The T&Cs cover all scholarships, promotions and marketing campaigns organized by educations.com student marketing team (below referred to as “scholarship” or “scholarships”).

2. Eligibility

Our scholarships are open to all visitors to our website or social media. For each individual scholarship, you will find details of requirements, deadlines, awards, etc. on the associated page or relevant promotional materials.

You must meet the scholarship’s eligibility requirements to be considered for the scholarship. If you do not meet the eligibility requirements, we will disqualify your application.

Applications must be submitted in English. Applications in other languages will not be considered. Similarly, applications including a CV, academic records, certifications, or documents other than the application essay will not be evaluated.

All applications must be submitted through the official online form and no further submissions or edits to submissions will be allowed after the relevant deadline. Any applications submitted to us by means other than the official online form will not be considered.

Neither employees or contractors of the Promotor (as defined below),or of any company in the Promoter's group, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in any scholarship. In addition, you need to be over18 years old to participate.

3. Submitting false or misleading information

All information included in your application and in any further communication regarding this scholarship must be correct at the time of submission.

Purposefully providing false or misleading information is an offense. If we know or have reason to believe that you have provided false or misleading information, we may disqualify your application. If the scholarship has already been paid to you, you will be legally liable to repay to us the total sum of the scholarship awarded.

4. Promoter

The scholarship is promotedby Keystone Academic Solutions AS, reg. no. 891 201 222, Rolfsbuktveien 4D, 1364 Fornebu, Norway (the “Promoter”).

5. How to Apply

No purchase is necessary. To apply, applicants must follow the instructions and requirements provided on the relevant scholarship page. Limit is one application per person, unless otherwise specified. Multiple applications will be disqualified.

5.1 Key Dates

Each scholarship will have its specific application start and end date and time of receiving application every year, as set out on the relevant scholarship page ("Key Dates"), application that is submitted before or after the closing of the Key Dates will not be eligible.

6. Finalists

6.1 Finalist criteria and selection

The criteria for selecting finalists and the number of finalists is at our sole discretion and depend e.g. on the number and quality of applications received. While we will not disclose the exact application scoring criteria, we strive to be fair and consistent to award the scholarship to the most suitable candidate (as outlined on the relevant scholarship page).

6.2 Notification of finalists

Finalists will be notified by email according to the Key Dates stated on the relevant scholarship page. You must confirm your interest in the scholarship and submit additional documentation (as described below) within 5 days of receiving the email. Failure to reply within this period may result in your place as a finalist being withdrawn, and you will not be notified if this happens.

6.3 Additional documentation

Finalists must submit additional documentation online to support their application. This may include, but not limited to:

• Proof of acceptance into the university (acceptance letter)
• Proof of undergraduate qualification (transcript)
• Proof of identity (passport)

Please have these documents ready as they are likely to be requested. We accept colour photocopies or scans of the documents listed above. Low-quality copies may lead to disqualification, and you will not be notified if your place as a finalist is withdrawn.

6.4 Interview stage

If the finalists are invited to a meeting, the interview stage, the finalists must confirm an available time slot for such meeting. Failure to attend may result in the forfeiture of the meeting, and no rescheduling will be allowed.

We may also create a public announcement post in our webpages or/and through our social media after all finalists have responded, with a timeline specific to each scholarship.

6.5 Change of circumstances

If your circumstances change after submitting your application (e.g. information becomes outdated or invalid), you must notify us and provide updated information. Failure to do so may result in disqualification.

7. Awarding the scholarship

Details about the award, including its nature, quantity, and approximate value, will be outlined on each scholarship page. Awards are non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

The total scholarship value/amount will be outlined in the official email offer. If tuition fees are below this amount of the award, the scholarship will match such tuition fee. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute an award of equal or greater value if necessary.

7.1 Announcing the winner

The winner(s) will be announced on our website and social media according to the Key Dates stated on the relevant scholarship page, after the person(s) has accepted the scholarship.

7.2 Accepting the scholarship

If selected, you will receive an official offer via email. You must accept or reject this offer within 3 days from receipt. Failure to respond may result in the offer being withdrawn and reassigned to another applicant.

We may also create a public announcement post after the winners have responded, in our webpages or/and through our social media, with a timeline specific to each scholarship.

7.3 Payment of funds

The scholarship will be paid directly to the university on your behalf. It will not be paid to you. Payment may take time depending on the university’s regulations. We cannot guarantee a specific payment date.

If you cancel or defer your program, the scholarship will be forfeited, and the funds will be awarded to another finalist.

8. Taxation

You are responsible for any potential taxes or similar obligations resulting from the scholarship prize. We/the Promotor is not responsible for any taxes matter or obligations resulting from the scholarship prize. We do not give any advice on tax matters. We encourage you to seek your own advise on any tax matters with a professional tax adviser.

9. Publicity

By applying to the scholarship, you grant permission to use your name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

10. Administration of scholarship

We may conduct surveys and organize contests as part of our scholarship services. This information is collected to facilitate participation, manage contests effectively, and communicate with participants.

11. General Conditions

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the scholarship at any time for any reason. Participation constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these T&CS and the Promoter's decisions in respect of each scholarship is final and binding and non-appealable.

12. Application feedback

We will not provide feedback on your scholarship participation.

13. Limitation of Liability

The Promoter does not have any liability toward you, for example, the Promotor is not responsible for: (i) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants or any equipment or programming, (ii) technical failures of any kind, (iii) unauthorized human intervention, or (iv) any errors, omissions, interruptions, or delays.

14. Privacy

By applying to the scholarship, we will process personal data such as your name, contact information, and any other personal data you provide through free text fields. This information is collected to facilitate your participation, manage the scholarship or survey effectively, and communicate with you as an applicant in the scholarship(s). In addition, it may be used in a public announcement as described in section 7 and 9 above.

If you are awarded the scholarship, your details (name, school, photograph, and scholarship amount) will be featured on our websites, social media, and may be shared with media outlets to promote the scholarship and future opportunities. 15. Scholarship cancellation

We reserve the right to amend these T&Cs or cancel the scholarship program at any point in time for any reason.

16. Governing Law

This scholarship is governed by the laws of Norway, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Norway.
