The New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts offers comprehensive programs to transform you from a student into an actor that works. Our Two-Year AOS Programs in Film and Television Performance, Musical Theatre Performance, Theatre Performance and New Media for Actors will help build your brand and launch your career. 

Whether you are already working in the industry, studying acting in college, or still in high school, our four-week Summer Intensive Training programs are built to offer you the personalized training you need. Our courses in Acting for Film and Television or Musical Theatre Performance enable experienced performers to work on skill-building, and novice performers to sample the life of an actor living and working in New York City. 

Jump into fashion brand creative marketing through the certificate program in fashion new media. Examine the digital landscape. Develop a vision. Create deliverables for target audiences. Enter the fast-growing field of user experience design for services, native apps, and responsive web interfaces through Pratt’s Certificate in UX/UI Design. The program will provide you with all of the building blocks to get started as a designer. Commencing with an introduction to the field, through best practices and methodologies in user research, you’ll finish knowing how to manifest your designs so they are deliverable both to clients and developers.

Modeled after Pratt Institute’s undergraduate offerings in art, design, architecture, and writing, and taught by Pratt faculty, PreCollege courses immerse students in the creative process.
