This APU Diploma in Information & Communication Technology with a specialism in Interactive Technology is designed to provide coverage of the academic aspect as well as the vocational aspect of the wide area of Computing and Information and Communication Technology, with emphasis on aspects of interaction with a system.

Focuses on understanding the challenges innovators and adopters of technologies face at various stages of technology maturity, the tools and strategic choices organizations have at their disposal, exemplified across a range of technologies.

The Summer School "Beyond 5G: Enabling Technologies, Opportunities and Research Challenges Ahead" is organized to offer 6 ECTS (48 hours of front lessons) in the broad field of 5G and beyond 5G (B5G) networks, targeting an audience of Bachelor (last year), Master and PhD students, early stage researchers and practitioners from Academia or Industry. The technologies, opportunities and research challenges of 5G networks will be presented and discussed during the school.

Explore ideas, create electronic circuits and learn how to design and fabricate 2-D and 3-D laser cut objects in our Innovation Lab on campus. Create 3-D artwork, light fixtures, puzzles, architectural models, 3-D sculptures and more. At CATS Boston, the city of Boston will be an extension of your classroom. You will meet local artisans, engineers, scientists and entrepreneurs to enhance your learning. This program will inspire you to apply your knowledge of Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math.

At its 3rd edition, the summer school strives to present well-rounded analyses of the legal, business, and policy issues that arise at the intersection of law, technology, and industry. The Program introduces to the main areas of Digital Law, providing participants with insight into the field of IT Law and an appreciation of the significant role of the law in furthering the economic and technological development, and particularly in promoting innovation. Aside from the academic program and its educational value, the Summer School is significant from a cultural point of view: participants will have the opportunity to attend one of Europe’s oldest universities, to discover the authentic Venezia as well as exchange ideas and experiences in an international environment.

The Advanced Design for Sustainability (ades4s) course offers a one-year highly immersive, co-creative transdisciplinary program to postgraduate students from all backgrounds. In this course, we guide our students towards becoming Thought Leaders in Sustainability whose job will be to influence the actions taken in traditional practices of design, architecture, technology, engineering, or in other fields where material outputs are produced.

The Advanced Design for Sustainability (ades4s) course is a uniquely built transdisciplinary programme training students to bridge scientific and technological discoveries and developments with the needs in society and the environment through design. Our students deep-dive into researching across disciplinary boundaries, acquiring knowledge from multiple scientific and humanities fields, and through their own skill base producing innovative contemporary solutions to the complex multilayered challenges of today.

This international master´s course introduce Design Thinking methodology for students to develop skills for creating solutions to large societal challenges. As a student you will learn about Design Thinking to develop solutions for a given societal challenge from an external client within Region Stockholm or Stockholm City. You work in teams of students from different universities, disciplines and backgrounds to understand, define, identify, prototype and test their innovative social solutions.
