6 Life Sciences Preparatory Programs in Denmark

The Skilled Farmer, "Global Organic Farmer," education takes 30-47 months (depending on the student age and educational background). It gives students from Denmark and other EU countries an opportunity to learn about organic farming at a high professional level. This education offers you to work with agriculture and organic food production from an international and global perspective.

The art of emulating life: design across biological scales! This course involves an active search and a responsive foresight; it does not involve extracting from nature, it implies learning from it. Human beings are not simply observers of nature, as if we were looking at it from a bubble. We are 100% in nature.

Based on current standards and working drawings, the participant can establish smaller facilities with tiles and plants under current requirements and rules regarding: safety, environment, and working environment. The participant can perform everyday care tasks. Participants can operate machines, tools, and hand tools used in solving the tasks.

We live in uncertain times. The favorable climate that humanity has known is rapidly changing, with far-reaching implications for human behavior and health. It’s increasingly critical to build preparedness for direct – and indirect – climate impacts and to welcome uncertainty into the design process. How do we explore and imagine possible pathways to increase our resilience and capacity to adapt? This workshop will explore these questions and help build an understanding of the trajectories, impacts, and influences of climate change.

You can make inviting coffee, tea and cocoa by various methods and guide guests in their choice of hot drinks.

Particular emphasis is placed on the participants being able to apply the general principles of self-control in the production, storage and sale of food, including the relevant industry codes.
