Our intermediate floristry course is designed for those who have completed our Beginners course, or those with other previous Floristry experience (N.B. this is not a flower arranging course). You will build on the floristry skills and techniques learned within the beginners course, working on more complex floral designs. Each week covers a different type of floral design, dependent on flower availability and seasonal themes.

This course is suitable for beginners to floristry and is designed to give you the opportunity to explore your creative side using practical floristry skills and techniques, covering all aspects of floristry i.e. flower arrangements, wedding and funeral work using foam and wiring techniques. (N.B this is not a flower arranging course).

This Level 3 Floristry course is designed to prepare students for work in the Floristry industry, or to enable students to run your their own Floristry business.

Our Level 2 Technical Certificate in Floristry is designed to provide you with creative skills and commercial understanding within the Floristry sector. Our course will provide you with the skills to take your career in the Floristry business to the next level - whether that's joining an Event Management Consultancy or starting your own business. Our Floristry students have access to an exciting range of specialist resources at the College. Our Floristry workshops are fitted with industry-standard cold storage, display areas and photography areas. You will take advantage of our ornamental grounds containing a wide range of flora.

Beginners Floristry course, where you'll embark on a ten-week journey to explore the art of floral design and arrangement. Whether you're a budding enthusiast or an aspiring florist, our evening classes are designed to provide you with the essential skills and techniques needed to care for, condition, and create stunning floral arrangements. Over ten weeks, you'll dive into a comprehensive curriculum that covers a wide range of topics in floristry. From learning how to plan and design floral arrangements to mastering the art of conditioning and caring for flowers and foliages, you'll gain practical experience and valuable insights that will elevate your floral creations.

This is a practical, work-related City & Guilds Level 3 Advanced Technical Diploma in Floristry course. It is designed to develop the skills of those working in the floristry industry, who have achieved a Level 2 Diploma in Floristry or equivalent, or who have extensive industry experience. Students attend the college three days per week.

Hosted at One Garden Brighton, the picturesque home of our Stanmer Campus, this workshop offers a wonderful opportunity to learn from our expert Plumpton College Floristry tutors and create stunning fresh floral arrangements. During this morning workshop, you'll delve into the art of floral design without the use of foam. Our experienced instructors will guide you through the process of understanding which flowers complement each other and how to create beautiful arrangements using floral design techniques that prioritize sustainability and environmental consciousness.

This qualification is aimed at candidates who have completed a level 3 qualification in floristry and are seeking higher level qualifications in professional floristry. The course is designed for those who are ambitious and wish to continue their career journey into management
