The Diagnostic Medical Sonography program at Southwest University is committed to excellence in education, demonstrated by providing a comprehensive program to students. MRI Technologists are healthcare professionals who use specialized MRI equipment to create images of structures inside the human body. They must be able to communicate effectively with people at all health levels. Throughout the program, MRI Technologists will be supervised by board-certified radiologists, who will guide and facilitate learning experiences.

The VAS e-learning Vascular Ultrasound Course is intended for medical doctors with an interest in vascular ultrasound. The course consists of video tutorials that cover ultrasound anatomy of vascular beds from the neck to the calves, the techniques of vascular ultrasound examination and ultrasound imaging of various vascular pathologies. The use of vascular ultrasound in clinical decision-making is also discussed.

At Casa Loma College, our MRI associate degree program has been designed to follow the curriculum recommendations and guidelines of all of those organizations and provides graduates with the necessary eligibility requirements to qualify for examination by the American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT) and the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) MRI Primary Pathway Certification and Registration.
