International Studies Center University of Pécs Medical School offers a complex and integrated Preparatory Courses in English for Medical Studies (General Medicine, Pharmacy, Dentistry, Medical Biotechnology) that meets the language development needs of international students and facilitate their integration into the context of higher education in Hungary. International programs at Hungarian universities minimally require B2 (upper-intermediate) language level and you have to be knowledgeable in your chosen field of studies for admission.

UC Davis' English for Science and Technology Program is an intensive program that helps students improve their technical English-language skills and learn to use English more confidently in the fields of science and technology. This program will also help international students understand what entrepreneurship is about. It is designed for international undergraduate and graduate students majoring in science, engineering and/or technology and adult professionals who want to improve their technical English-language skills.

World hunger, overpopulation and limited resources continue to be some of our most pressing issues. As global citizens, understanding sustainable design and agriculture is critical to building a better world. This four-week program is designed to help international undergraduates and graduates increase their understanding of global issues and learn sustainable farming and environmental design solutions to help address them.
