A unique branch of business and public administration is CSR, also known as “corporate social responsibility.” It is the study of promoting social programs and charitable works and balancing these efforts with the many other priorities of corporations, governmental organizations and nonprofits.

Should an individual decide to gain additional certification that they are qualified in a field of study, they may decide to gain a postgraduate diploma. This type of diploma is attained after one has first completed a master's degree.
