The union of efforts and resources allows to offer six specializations, which makes it possible for any student to pursue a career or research training in the Doctorate in the future. Our Master has its continuity in the Interuniversity Doctorate Program in Philosophy, which seven Spanish universities: Murcia, Zaragoza, La Laguna, Castilla-La Mancha, Almería and Alicante (http://www.um.es/web/eidum/contener / studies / doctorates / philosophy) also offer together, offering the student and researcher one of the most powerful institutional networks in philosophical studies and research.

The Degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics -PPE-, will prepare you to face the new realities posed by a complex and ever-changing society and to provide innovative answers and solutions to social, political and economic challenges. You will develop an interdisciplinary profile capable of joining national and international institutions and companies.

Official inter-university master's degree, coordinated jointly by the universities of Valladolid and Salamanca. Its objective is to provide students with high academic and research standards, which complements the best performance of a professional career and qualify for research work and the completion of a doctoral thesis. It offers students specialized knowledge in four areas or pathways: History of Philosophy and Metaphysics, Moral and Political Philosophy, Aesthetics and Theory of the Arts, and Epistemology, with emphasis on the historical foundations of these disciplines and on a methodological background. This Master´s Degree enables analytical and critical thinking, and contributes to the development of intellectual rigor, argumentative skills, the capacity for multidisciplinary integration, an ethical conscience and attention to the principles and conceptual foundations of human knowledge and action. It is of interest not only to BA graduates in Philosophy or other Humanities disciplines (History, Philology, Art, etc.), but also to those coming from other scientific or technical branches (Law, Social Sciences, Psychology, Natural Sciences, Health Sciences, Mathematics, Engineering, etc.).

The Faculty of Philosophy of the USC has been teaching for more than two decades a doctoral program that, although its name has changed slightly (Current Questions of Philosophy, Philosophy, Philosophy: Current Questions), has as fundamental objectives to train students to research and train students in the various burning questions of contemporary philosophy.

The master in Analytic Philosophy is a research degree in philosophy. It prepares students for a research career in philosophy by giving them a balanced background in core areas of philosophy and helping them to develop the research skills necessary to conduct original research in theoretical or practical philosophy.

This program offers a full semester (30 ECTS credits) taught in English and is an opportunity for international students to acquire cross-curricular training in humanities and to develop their cultural competence.

This Inter-University Master's Degree has been jointly conceived by the University of Valladolid, University of Salamanca and University of Granada as an academic and research master's degree, offering its graduates a privileged position to produce their own internationally relevant research in the field of Logic, History and Philosophy of Science and in the field of Philosophy of Language. This Master's Degree gives direct access to the Doctorate in Logic and Philosophy of Science. Its blended teaching nature, with on-line tutorials, facilitates the incorporation of foreign students and secondary education teachers, both in philosophical, scientific and humanistic subjects.

The master's degree in Contemporary Thought and Classical Tradition provides an overview of the most important writers and issues in contemporary thought, encouraging students to consider how contemporary issues acquire more profound significance when viewed from a historical perspective. The course examines contemporary schools of thought such as hermeneutics, post-structuralism and philosophies of difference while also requiring students to consider the contemporary and classical roots of philosophy.

The master's degree provides solid and specialized training in critical thinking about knowledge and understanding of the world, citizenship and globalization. It also familiarizes students with the techniques and requirements of research, since it is a master's degree that gives access to a doctorate.

The Degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics, with a broad Anglo-Saxon tradition, stems from the conviction that contemporary political, economic or intellectual leadership requires a broad and in-depth knowledge of the social pillars and their problems: the economy, social science, politics, philosophy and public administration. The sum of this knowledge has a transforming effect on the intellectual life of students, and, in turn, on their role in society.
