This unique study program is offered as interdisciplinary, i.e. it provides an opportunity to focus, in writing the dissertation, on any legal or scholarly topic, which has its roots in some traditional branch of law, but goes beyond the respective legal branch and may even exceed the law as such (e.g. Law and Economics, Law and Politics, etc.). An emphasis is laid on interaction and consultation with a respective supervisor. The basic aim of the study is to write a quality dissertation thesis where the student, using the relevant methodology, solves theoretical issues of jurisprudence and/or practical issues of the law as a normative order. Knowledge, abilities, and skills are evaluated during the relevant forms of assessment of the study and through the dissertation, which must be published as a whole or in part.
