The study is based on the experience of the development of foreign and domestic social thought, research paradigms of social philosophy. The research is important in the context of the crisis of the modern Kyrgyz community, which is looking for its own socio-cultural identity, seeking to create an effective system of social organization.

The purpose of this work is to prepare highly qualified teachers and researchers in Turkology, especially in Turkic linguistics and literature. The course includes training of specialists, transcribing all the written monuments of Turkic languages from ancient times to the present, the training of researchers in historical Turkic dialects.

The research aims to explain the basis of existing facts and strategies of socio-economic life, understand and forecast economic and political events by understanding the facts and trends that characterize the formation, evolution, and transformation of socio-economic systems and institutions, national and regional economies.
