The PhD in Population Studies in Health is interdisciplinary and delivered jointly by the Faculty of Health Sciences and the Faculty of Arts and Science. Students in this program are normally supervised by Faculty members in the Health Sciences and Social Science disciplines.

The research should comprise an extensive body of original research in the student’s field, making a true contribution exemplifying the student’s depth of knowledge, creativity, innovation, and proven ability to make significant scientific research contributions.

The M.Sc. in the Cognitive Science of Language or an equivalent Master’s degree is required for entrance into the Ph.D. program.

Multidisciplinary, holistic and forward-looking, the Telfer Ph.D. in Management program is unique, challenging and carries high expectations for students. Specializing in Organizational Behaviour and Human Resources (OBHR) will allow students to gain insight into the “human” side of work, such as individual-level topics (e.g., recruitment, selection, job analysis), relational topics (e.g., relationships between individuals at work, leaders-followers, conflict management, diversity, equity) and organizational-level topics (e.g., organizational learning, change management, compensation systems, industrial relations) as well as topics from complementary disciplines such as psychology and sociology.

The Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is a doctoral program in clinical psychology which is comprised of 18 required classroom courses, 3 colloquium courses, a minimum of 750 hours of practical experience across four practicum courses, a dissertation across four courses, and a full time, 12-month predoctoral internship considered one course. The program is designed to prepare students to practice as clinical psychologists.

Doctor of TCM diploma program is a four years full-time program. Students will learn acupuncture concepts, herbs, TCM foundation … etc. Clinic practice will also be involved in this program as an important part.
