19 Education Administration PhD Degree Programs

This programme is primarily for teachers and school administrators and is designed to help candidates develop and implement three original solutions for decision-making, leadership, human resource management, teacher assessment, organization and public relations.

American International Theism University has something for everyone. Now with our Accelerated Degree Programs, you can complete your Master’s or Doctorate Degrees in up to three years. Each course offers six credit hours and lasts for six weeks. Let your hard work and dedication pay off by achieving your degree in half the time. Enrollment is open, and students may begin the program at any time. All courses take place in classrooms, with a faculty member that provides one-to-one mentoring. Students also have free access to our comprehensive Study Tactics and Resources Center, which offers links to subject-related websites, libraries, articles, and research assistance.

Applicants to doctoral studies in the Education Science field are admitted through an open competition according to the chosen dissertation topic separately to each doctoral institution that has been granted the joint right of doctoral studies. Applicants can apply to no more than two different dissertation topics.

One of the great challenges facing Mexican education is to promote proactive leadership that contributes to generating innovation and change strategies for integration and responsible participation in this era of great technological, scientific, social, and cultural transformations. In this sense, the Doctorate in Education with the intention of transforming school processes and practices proposes the improvement of the quality of the National Educational System through the professionalization of high academic level of managers, teachers, and pedagogical technical support personnel as well as the development of research for the creation of innovative educational projects that address problems of learning, management, collaborative work, learning networks, and inter-institutional links, among others. The doctoral program is presented as an academic alternative that offers an educational platform to promote the development of high-quality contextualized and projective management capacities, promoting research projects that contribute to the development of policies and models for the continuous improvement of the quality of the education that is offered.

The Doctor of Education program (EdD) is a 30-month degree designed to equip the graduate with scholarship, educational, and leadership competencies. The graduate will be prepared to serve in leadership and teaching positions in higher education contexts, as well as in educational ministries of the church and in non-profit organizations. The EdD uniquely equips scholar-practitioners who influence their organizations as they become published writers, excellent teachers, thought-leaders, and problem solvers.
