Molecular Biotechnology is a graduate (second-cycle) program of studies that leads to a Magister degree (Polish equivalent of a Master's degree). The study program is made up of compulsory courses and elective courses. Compulsory courses allow broadening your theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the following areas: molecular biotechnology, genetic engineering, biochemistry, cell biology, medical biotechnology, plant biotechnology, bioinformatics, the application of biotechnology in environmental protection, and protection of industrial property and copyright.

Master in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, Specialisation Computational Intelligence and Data Science (MSc) speciality is addressed to candidates interested in knowledge of modern methods of artificial intelligence and, in particular, computational intelligence and its applications, e.g. the analysis of big data and data mining. The proposed subject is closely related to scientific research conducted by the Faculty of Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence.

The aim of the second cycle of full-time studies in the field of Mechatronic Devices and Systems is to prepare students to design mechatronic devices and to solve complex, interdisciplinary design and construction problems.

Master of Science in Cloud Computing program offers students both theory and practice so that the students can understand and implement cloud-based applications. The course will, along with the valuable academic qualification, provide you with the latest knowledge and competencies required by one of the fastest growing global industry - cloud computing.

Courses prepare professional specialists in telecommunication systems and networks, especially cellular and trunked radio-communication, land, marine and airmobile radio-communication, personal radio-communication, wireless data transmission systems, digital radio and TV broadcast, design and implementation of services of commercial and dedicated radio-communication networks, satellite and land-based radio-navigation systems.

The programs require coursework in one specialization and writing a thesis. Each student works with a supervisor from the faculty.

The M.Sc. program in Data Science programs run by the Faculty of Mathematics and Information Science is among the first European programs in Data Science and is fully focused on data engineering and data analytics.

Students of the Transport Systems Engineering and Management specialization acquire extended knowledge and skills in the areas of road, railway, and municipal transport systems control and management, optimization and planning of transport systems, transport measurements and forecasting, as well as the design of multimodal transport hubs and traffic modeling and planning these transport systems with the use of modern IT tools.

Graduates of the Modelling and Simulation in the Mechanics and Machine Construction field of study will acquire thorough preparation in the area of mechanics, machine construction, and the design, manufacture, and operation of machines and production systems. Specializations in automotive engineering, as well as thermal and automotive engineering, will provide graduates with the basics in the construction of power tools and devices as well as motor vehicles; metrology in thermal engineering; diagnostics, durability, reliability, and design of power engineering systems and thermal power stations, including the issues of energy efficiency and machine dynamics. 

Master of Science in IT Project Management program offers students the knowledge and skills needed to solve real-world IT project management problems. Project management is the discipline of organizing, securing and managing resources so as to complete the project within the defined scope, time, cost and quality constraints within acceptable levels of risk.

The main aim of the program is to acquire knowledge in the field of collecting, processing, and analysis of spatial data for the needs of modern navigation systems.

The program contains a wide range of specialist subjects (modeling of bioprocesses, regulation of biotechnological processes, separation processes in biotechnology, laboratory of technological and biotechnological processes, biotechnology of natural resources, etc.), which, together with bioanalytical and elective subjects (bioanalytics, sensors, and biosensors, microbioanalytics) constitute a comprehensive offer for all graduates interested in the field of biotechnology.
