The programme address to the rapid cultural change in the construction industry towards less adversarial approaches to project management and continuing professional development. The course will attract a wider range of construction professionals engaged in construction/project management, quantity surveying, civil and structural engineering, architectural technology, surveying and building services engineering. This course also addresses the core skills and competencies as set out by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) for construction project managers, construction cost managers and quantity surveyors.

The Master of Science in Nursing Midwifery is a two-year full-time program. The program is designed to prepare graduates to perform advanced nursing roles in ethical decision-making, clinical practice, consulting, expert teaching and coaching, clinical leadership, collaboration, evidence-based practice, and research. The students are required to complete 28 credits of course work and a master’s level thesis of 6 credits in two academic years for full-time and 3 academic years for part-time. The student may only register for the thesis after completing 12 credits of coursework.
