The program is focused on the comprehensive training of human resources at the postgraduate level, who, by becoming involved in knowledge generation, validation and/or transfer activities, as well as professional training, respond with innovative and knowledge-based proposals to the demands for a solution to the problem of animal production systems, the sustainable use and exploitation of natural resources in Chihuahua, in Mexico and even beyond its borders.

It is an activity that generates food, raw materials, and industrial products all over the world, but which in Mexico takes on special importance since it is one of the five countries with the greatest biodiversity on the planet. With more than 5.1 million square kilometers of marine surface alone, our country has a potential based on hundreds of plant and animal species. Thanks to this, the study of organisms from microalgae to fish allows the production of food more efficiently, both for the national market and for export. And because generating knowledge in the field of genetics, molecular biology, virology, among many others, is a permanent need for this sector, higher education institutions assume their role of providing tools to promote and strengthen it. Accordingly, the Master of Science in Aquaculture trains qualified people who, from the academic, governmental, or productive sectors, promote the growth of this sector. The knowledge that is developed in the coming years will be decisive to increase the quality of the food and products that we offer to Mexico and the world.

To train high-level human capital that encourages innovation in production processes in the metalworking industry of the region. Strengthen the collaboration in research, technological development, and innovation between the Faculty of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering and the metal mechanic sector of the north-central region of the state of Coahuila. Increase the country's capacity for innovation and consolidate intellectual capital in companies in the metal-mechanical industry. Optimize the joint use of the infrastructure and talent of the North Unit FIME and the companies served by the program for the development of innovation projects and technology transfer in the metal-mechanical sector. Develop in the students the prospective analysis that they make synergy with investors and administrative personnel for the creation of SMEs in the metal mechanic area that promotes the economic development of the region.

To train specialists of the high level of educational and human quality in the areas of Chemistry, Biochemistry, Food Engineering, Food Sciences, or related areas, capable of carrying out scientific, technological, professional, and teaching activities in the chemistry of natural products and foods that contribute to the development of science and technology, and participate in the training of high-level academic human resources.

The Center for Engineering and Industrial Development (CIDESI), jointly with six other public research centers, offers the Interinstitutional Program in Science and Technology (PICYT) with recognition by the National Register of Postgraduate Quality (PNPC) of CONACYT . CIDESI offers through this Program: The Master of Science and Technology in: Mechatronic Metrology Design and Development of Mechanical Systems Automatic Control and Dynamic Systems Objective : To train highly qualified human resources to perform tasks of technological innovation and specialized exercise of the profession, aimed primarily at meeting the demand and needs of the industrial sector. Directed to : Professionals graduated with Bachelor's degrees in Engineering or related sciences to Mechanics, Mechatronics, Electromechanics, Control, Electronics, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Actuaries, Computer Systems, Metallurgy, Materials, Industrial, Physics and related careers, depending on the terminal option.

General objective: To train teachers of high academic-scientific level with an ethical attitude and social responsibility, capable of investigating and solving aspects related to the sustainable development of tourism, with a multi and interdisciplinary approach.

The Center for Engineering and Industrial Development (CIDESI) offers the postgraduate Master of Science in Product Design and Innovation (MDIP), in order to increase the competitiveness of Mexican industry and encourage a culture of entrepreneurship.

This program is aimed at graduates of careers related to: Computing, Informatics, Computer Systems, Information Technologies, among others; interested in developing innovative technological projects and applied research in areas related to data science, artificial intelligence, internet of things, software systems and computer vision.

To train personnel capable of teaching theoretical-practical courses at the bachelor's level in the field of Genetics and Molecular Biology, as well as participating effectively in carrying out scientific research work. Prepare students who are interested in continuing towards a career in scientific or technological research within a doctoral program in Genetics and Molecular Biology or in a field related to it.

The postgraduate program in Electrochemistry arises as a response to the challenge facing the country, to prepare professionals capable of adapting and generating fundamental technology and knowledge in the different fields of electrochemistry. Marine knowledge Since 1980, the graduate program in Marine Ecology has trained scientists who have excelled as researchers and professors in higher education institutions, as well as government employees and private sector entrepreneurs. The objective of the program is to train highly trained individuals to carry out theoretical and applied studies, contribute to the solution of environmental problems, and play a leading role in the advancement of scientific knowledge on various ecosystems. The lines of research range from the molecular and cellular scale to the sphere of communities and ecosystems. The main research areas are grouped into four lines of knowledge generation and application: Ecology of Coastal and Ocean Ecosystems Biological and fisheries oceanography. Use and conservation of marine resources. Biogeochemical processes and global change. The program includes compulsory and elective subjects for master's students, while courses for doctoral program students are established based on their research interests and in agreement with their thesis committee.

Train high-level professionals in the area of ​​Clinical Biochemistry, with a critical, creative, ethical, and purposeful attitude, with the ability to apply knowledge and skills, both in the field of scientific research and in the development and adaptation of technology, in the proposal of alternative solutions, before relevant regional, state and/or national problems, related to biological chemical aspects in the area of ​​health, both human and environmental.

To develop high-level human resources in order to gain the scientific and technological knowledge necessary for identifying, analyzing, and solving problems related to ecology, conservation, and wildlife management. Thus through their work experience (in the private and public sector), they can have a positive impact on society at the regional, state, national, and international levels.

The graduate of this master's degree has the ability to identify important similarities and differences between knowledge about technological innovation in the automotive industry in domain areas of electronic and electrical sciences.
