The aim of education on second-cycle studies in the field of study Master in Quality and Production Management (MSc) is to gain theoretical knowledge and practical skills essential in the process of industrial transformation 4.0, with a special focus on quality of product development, modern tools for production organization, and industry 4.0 manager competencies.

A graduate of management has the skills necessary to manage a small to medium-sized manufacturing/service company as well as units of government administration and local government. At the same time, the students obtain knowledge in the areas of economics, accounting and finance, marketing, and Public Relations, which allows them to independently assess the financial position of a company and take care of its further development while shaping the company’s external image in cooperation with the media.

Students of the Transport Systems Engineering and Management specialization acquire extended knowledge and skills in the areas of road, railway, and municipal transport systems control and management, optimization and planning of transport systems, transport measurements and forecasting, as well as the design of multimodal transport hubs and traffic modeling and planning these transport systems with the use of modern IT tools.

The goal of these studies is to provide the students with the knowledge and skills necessary to manage a production company. The curriculum encompasses issues related to company management, planning, organisation, and control of manufacturing processes. The students learn about the latest methods of production management and IT techniques essential for the use of computer systems in company management.

1,5 - year second-degree studies, upon the completion of which the title of magister (Master of Science) is granted. Management and Production Engineering combines engineering knowledge with the skills of engineering majors, namely, mechanics with mechanical engineering and computer science with a knowledge of economics and management and marketing skills.

This major is focused on construction management skills in an international environment, e.g.: Applied Construction Management, International Tender Management, Social Aspects in International Construction Industry, Cost Management in Construction, Strategic Management in Construction, BIM in Construction Management, International Construction Seminar. Complementary knowledge on modern world and history, e.g.: History of Architecture or Art, History of Civil Engineering, Current Developments in Civil Engineering and Built Environment, Sustainable Design and Environmental Engineering, Ethics and Social Aspects of Economic Activity, Polish Language and Culture.

The graduate will obtain knowledge in environmental engineering and experience in the technology of environmental protection. They will be prepared for solving problems in sustainable development and technology and gaining information from the literature and other sources.
