Some coastal and marine management programs focus on current issues arising from the overuse of coastal areas as well as alternative solutions to manage their resources. Students’ instruction often includes both classroom lectures and fieldwork.

Part time learning allows one to obtain part-time degrees even if one cannot attend school on a full-time basis. One can learn at his or own pace, gradually accumulating credits which count towards final qualification.
