The M.Sc. in Civil Engineering provides training in advanced topics in civil engineering. The program has been tailored to meet the needs of the civil engineering sector, which requires graduates with high-level skills in design, analysis and communication. In addition, the course is designed to fulfil the requirements of Engineers Ireland for a Master’s degree in an engineering discipline as the minimum educational standard for Chartered Engineer status. The accreditation process for this new program will proceed in the normal way.

Our MSc in Sustainable Development, Agri-Food, and Co-operatives is offered by the Cork University Business School (CUBS) at University College Cork. Our focus is on a deeper understanding of co-operatives, sustainable development, and agri-food systems.

This programme will enable learners to carry out research on a range of focused topics, involving data collection, critical analysis, and interpretation and to present them in a report format. Management for Sustainable Development’s main philosophy is that for business to be sustainable in the long-term, a manager must effectively manage the whole of the business’ resources, including environmental, economic and social resources, from a sustainable, global perspective.
