Upon successful completion of the study program students receive an international private Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Business Communication, awarded by the school's main campus in Zurich, Switzerland, based on the recommendation of the faculty of the local campuses where credits were earned, and upon the recommendation of the school's Academic Council.

ESE’s MBA programme is structured for students who may not have taken a specialist route at undergraduate level. Previous study or relevant experience may be an advantage, though neither is required for entry. This approach keeps entry open while still supporting strong progression in the discipline.
