The MBA in International Management focuses on the external and internal leadership functions typical of multinational corporations (MNCs).

Master of Business Administration with a Specialization in Global and International Management will explore core business principles from a management perspective and strategies to manage business operations globally. You will gain competencies and practical skills in various managerial policies that concern directing and controlling international organizations.

Consultants have become commonplace within MNCs over the past few decades. Rather than hiring “generic” trainers to help fulfill their objectives, companies have determined that freelance specialists are able to provide more targeted, customized, and state-of-the-art training activities for their employees in a variety of areas, including human resource development, technology, cultural relations, communication skills, management development, and other key areas. This program provides a pragmatic preparation for students wishing to hone their consulting skills to compete in a global consulting environment that requires their talents.

Students then combine their professional experience with cross-disciplinary integration courses.  The program concludes with a business consulting project with French and/or European partner companies. The consulting project has student teams designing solutions for concrete business problems. The MBA program includes a business tour in France or Europe.

The International Wine & Spirits Management specialization aims at students who wish to join hotel and gastronomic establishments where wine is an issue, make a career in the world of wines and spirits, or improve their knowledge in a personal capacity.
