    The country of Cuba places a great deal of importance on education which is seen in its 99.8% literacy rate and its educational outreach programs. Students in this country have access to at least three universities. Some international students have obtained state-subsidized schooling at the country’s School of Medicine.

    A masters is earned after students complete an undergraduate degree program. To obtain a masters, you usually need to complete 12 to 18 college courses that often involve completing comprehensive tests and/or a thesis.
