It is attached to the Postgraduate Program of the School of International Relations of the National University of Costa Rica. It has three emphases: Management, Ports, and Agro-chains, made up of six quarters where the first three quarters share a common trunk and from the fourth quarter it specializes in the selected area. TRAIN, TEACH, DEVELOP With this Master's Program in Educational Sciences with a mention in Educational Administration, the Free University of Costa Rica wishes to contribute to the freedom that exists in the educational system of our country, strengthening the field of private education, the formation of educational policies, as well as the leadership resources that our education has, allowing a sustainable development in our society, guiding the ethical, moral and democratic values ​​that constitute it. The curriculum is focused on courses related to different areas of knowledge, integrated around the problems of education and complemented with a final graduation project, according to the nature and levels of demand of each of the courses and the areas in management, in what corresponds to the modality called Professional Master's Degree. This type of Master's focuses information on the inquiry, observation, analysis, systematization of the sociocultural reality, and the dynamics of educational institutions and programs in Costa Rica. This process is postulated as the starting point to generate adequate knowledge. Parallel to this, the study of the specific situation of the Educational Administration of the country is emphasized and the respective theoretical-methodological frameworks based on bibliographic consultation and on the comparison of experiences at the national level are elaborated. The synthesis of these two aspects, national reality, and theoretical-methodological foundation will allow the graduate of this plan to achieve the proposed objectives.

OBSERVE, SUPPORT, MOTIVATE From the professional point of view, the work in the field of Systemic Family Therapy has started from professionals motivated by related therapeutic interventions. Systemic Family Therapy uses different models of intervention with proven efficacy and increasingly widely used. In the country, there is a need to specialize with depth and breadth for the best and highest performance and job competence in the face of a family, partner, and individual demands that require a comprehensive response to their needs and problems of various kinds. Considering the above, the Free University of Costa Rica presents the PROFESSIONAL MASTER'S PROGRAM IN SYSTEMIC FAMILY THERAPY, aimed at training future therapists in a systemic model, which allows them to intervene in a wide variety of clinical and non-clinical situations, through the training of highly trained professionals. The strict limitation to a small group allows us to offer intensive and individualized practice.

The marine and coastal sciences constitute a series of disciplines that are derived from the natural sciences and the social sciences, formed for a global action within what has been called the management of the marine and coastal zone. A systemic and interdisciplinary vision is required, which calls for the training of a professional capable of interacting with the natural and social environment existing in marine and coastal areas.

ANALYZE, DECIDE, DIRECT Upon completion of the curriculum, the new professional in Foreign Trade and International Economic Relations will have the following skills and abilities: Plan and execute international trade projects Determine the economic viability of international trade projects Examine the political feasibility of international trade projects Negotiate in national and international forums international trade projects Evaluate the political, social, and economic environment of commercial projects Design political-administrative strategies for the approval of international trade projects by of the organs or institutions of a government. Make proposals on how to manage foreign trade projects Propose and implement control mechanisms for foreign trade projects Arbitrate in national and international forums disputes around international trade projects. Design and execute marketing strategies applied to international trade. Take advantage of the behavior of International Economic Relations to make proposals for international trade to the public and private sectors. Make proposals for streamlining the government apparatus (ministries, autonomous institutions, customs, parliament, etc.) for the treatment and approval of foreign trade projects. Design agreements and proposals for commercial and economic integration between States. Propose rules and modifications in the field of international commercial legislation and community law.
