13 Technology Masters Degree Programs in Israel

The Faculty of Biotechnology and Food Engineering offers a study track in Biotechnology and Food Engineering.

This two-year program taught entirely in English, offers tracks in electro-optics, nano and microelectronics, data science and information technology (signal processing, communications, computer engineering), and bioengineering.

The Department of Mechanical Engineering offers a Master's of Science graduate program in Mechatronics Engineering. Mechatronics Engineering is a relatively new engineering field, designed to meet the growing need for integrations of various engineering fields such as mechanical, electrical, computer and electronics engineering.

M.Sc. in Biotechnology Engineering invests continual efforts in providing students with hands-on experience in laboratory classes that develop skills and experience in engineering in three major clusters: Medical Biotechnology, Nanobiotechnology, Energy, and Environmental Biotechnology. The broad topics of research covered by BTE include microbiology, biochemistry, genetic engineering, renewable energy, nutraceuticals, medical sciences, biological drugs, tissue engineering, stem cells, and synthetic biology.

Bar-Ilan University’s International School, the Graduate School of Business Administration, and the School of Hi-Tech and Cyber Security now offer an International Master of Business Administration (IMBA) degree combined with a Certificate in Cyber Security and Data Protection. The M.Sc. in Software and Information Systems Engineering Program provides high-level education for researchers and practitioners in a broad range of Artificial Intelligence fields such as Game Theory, Natural Language Processing, Data Science, Machine Learning, Automated Planning, Multi-Agent Systems, Recommendation Systems, Fault Detection and Diagnosis, and Heuristic search.

The Department of Communication Systems Engineering (CSE) is dedicated to training engineers that can initiate and lead the development of new technologies in the fields of networking and communications. Cutting-edge research is conducted by top-tier scientists and world-renowned researchers, who focus on the fields of networking, hardware, software, and the communication technologies that are required by the industry, in addition to training more than 60 engineering students annually for B.Sc., M.Sc., and Ph.D. degrees.

Studies in the program constitute a professional leap, which may improve the learner's chances of advancing in his or her workplace, or being accepted into reputable jobs, in preferential positions and conditions. In addition, the studies also prepare for work in research.
