The Graduate Program in Mechatronic Systems (PPMEC) of the Department of Mechanical Engineering (ENM), Faculty of Technology (FT), University of Brasilia (UnB) aims to (i) deepen the knowledge acquired by graduates and post-graduates in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or similar areas, at the Academic Master and Doctorate levels, to work in scientific research, technology development and teaching, (ii) produce new knowledge in areas related to Mechatronic Systems and ( iii) disseminate them through the appropriate means.

The Strategic Management Master in UX Design with the objective of improving the strategic application of the scope of work of UX Design in the development and management of digital products, the program encourages and provides the elaboration and application of tools and methodologies in real cases and situations. In a collaborative environment, with guidance and mentoring, students consolidate their knowledge through the design and strategic development of a complete UX planning or UX Research study/mapping, carried out in a course conclusion project, whose purpose can be matured throughout the course. program.

The course aims to train professionals in the analysis of business problems and in the use of analytical techniques to deal with the complexity, diversity, and high volume of digital data (“Big Data”) that characterize the current competitive context. It is focused on the convergence of skills, balancing the acquisition of knowledge with the practical application of methods aimed at data modeling, quantitative analysis, identification, and problem-solving, and business management. Thus enabling the development of analytical capacity, with a focus on practical applications, to manage and conduct projects that involve structured and unstructured databases (Big Data), among other capabilities.

The Master in Digital Business Management, BI and Artificial Intelligence aims to improve the reading of an increasingly competitive business environment, the program is based on a methodology that requires participants to prepare and apply strategic actions for the digital medium that articulates with the business strategy. In a collaborative environment, participants will plan actions and a course completion project.

The Master's courses in Information Science at UFSC aim to train high-level personnel with competence to: Research theoretical, methodological, and practical aspects related to the production, communication, and representation of knowledge and information. Investigate the processes, environments, services, products, and information and knowledge management systems. Its origin was the result of the cooperation of professors from the School of Engineering, who for years founded its history, started in 1993, with the creation of the Laboratory of Technologies, Business Management and Environment (LATEC / UFF), an environment designed for holistic professional training in management and sustainability systems.

Embedded and Distributed Computing Systems. Develop research to meet demands in the area of ​​embedded systems, which gain synergy with the challenges inherent in the area of ​​distributed systems. The premise is to explore aspects of scalability, performance, energy consumption, safety and ubiquity. The expectation is to consider application scenarios that explore the use of IoT and IIoT in meeting the needs of agriculture, health, smart cities and industries in general.

In 2010, Tiradentes University (Unit) launched a proposal for the creation of the Postgraduate Program in Industrial Biotechnology (PBI) with the Master's course, which was recommended by CAPES in the same year and which started its activities in April 2011. The PBI believes that an environment conducive to technological development in the state of Sergipe must overcome the existing structural deficiencies, especially by substantially expanding the small number of scientists working in research and development. One of the actions taken to achieve this goal was the expansion of the PBI in 2013 with the submission and approval of the proposal for the doctoral course, now with a master's and doctoral course aimed at research not only of regional impact but also at the level National and international. PBI assists in the consolidation process with the productive sector, of all the knowledge and basic research acquired by professors and students in the program. This action occurs through the use of microorganisms, animals, plants, and enzymes to synthesize, degrade and/or transform materials, especially those of regional interest.

This course aims to train teachers and researchers with the necessary quality to promote the socio-economic-cultural development of the northern region of the State of Ceará, stimulating teaching, research, and extension activities, contextualizing with their needs. This Post-Graduation Program is intended to qualify professionals in health sciences, biological sciences and related fields, especially those graduating from the Federal University of Ceará - Campus de Sobral and from the State University Vale do Acaraú.
