Supply Chain Management is the strategic coordination and optimization of the entire supply chain network, encompassing the flow of goods, services, information, and finances from raw material suppliers to end consumers. An advanced study in this area gives you a substantially broader scope of employment opportunities, both in terms of functionality and sector.
