The University Master's Degree in Educational Research and Innovation combines research and its application to educational innovation processes, both in practical terms in the classroom and in broader interventions. It aims to facilitate the acquisition of professional skills to study and transform social reality and education from the application of research methodologies. These professional competences are also aimed at enabling professionals to commit themselves to the transformation and innovation of educational contexts and teaching-learning practices in order to move towards inclusion, participation, equity and democratization of education. The aim of the Master's is twofold: the training of professionals committed to educational innovation and pedagogical renewal processes and also the training of professionals whose future dedication could be directed towards educational research. They will be equipped with the conceptual and procedural tools necessary to use the foundations, methods and techniques of educational research as a strategy for improving and transforming teaching in educational institutions. The Master's Degree promotes the specialization of graduates in the field of education with the capacity to study, the willingness to work and the vocation for research. This Master has a modular structure, with a common module that lays the foundations for assessment, counselling and psycho-pedagogical intervention, to be later divided into two itineraries. The first itinerary is that of intervention in attention to diversity, which addresses people with specific educational needs, the programs for these people and the contexts in which they develop. The second itinerary is that of intervention in the social and working environment, in which the routes of socio-labor inclusion, intervention in lifelong learning and professional development, information and socio-labor support networks are addressed. This Master focuses on various contexts of action, such as those of attention to diversity and socio-labor, which require professionals who are specifically trained in these fields.

The Master's Degree in Mediation and Extrajudicial Conflict Resolution aims to provide a training and professional response to a growing social demand: that inter-subjective conflicts be resolved quickly, peacefully, constructively and in a leading role. The Master is aimed at university graduates in Law, Psychology, Psychopedagogy, Sociology, Pedagogy, Social Work, Social Education, and equivalent qualifications of a social, educational, psychological, legal or health nature who wish to acquire the level of specialization required to work in mediation. From the structural point of view, the Master offers a blended teaching approach, which facilitates the students a more comfortable follow-up.

The Master´s Degree in Communication for Social Purposes: Strategies and Campaigns aims to respond to current challenges: What communication is necessary in the 21st century? Do the constant social transformations give a new prominence to the citizens in front of the conventional media agendas? How are we going to guide the action of the institutions so that the global processes of communication for social change can be globally evaluated? This is the first Master's Degree course in Spain in which an academic approach is taken that guides research and grants an official degree of the highest level in an emerging field of specialization with clear projection. This master's degree aims to bring together some of the best experts in communication on a national and international level and to promote encounters between administrations, non-governmental organizations and information and communication professionals (with a special presence of those more directly related to the field of marketing). This master's degree has a specialized and multidisciplinary character and is oriented towards quality training, linked to a specific professional field: that of communication with social aims; a discipline very close to "communication for development" and the more recent "communication for social change".
