The Master of Arts in Coaching program offers students the abilities and skills to be a coach of professionals, able to lead the team in effective decision-making, implementing coaching strategies in which leadership can identify different points of view and understand the unique perspectives of each one.

The impact of globalisation and social change will increasingly affect working life structures and conditions in the twenty-first century. This Master level Program provides knowledge of these changes and a critical and analytical approach to them. Students learn to assess current trends in society and in working life. This Program is carried out in collaboration with the University of Gotheburg and the University of Borås. Lectures/seminars can take place at either of these universities or Karlstad University. Some distance learning activities will also be used.

Marital, Couple and Family Counseling provides students with an introduction to systemic theories and practices for future therapeutic work with couples and families. Clinical skills are developed to help couples and families deal with relationship issues, life cycle and developmental crises, and other issues affecting family and couple life and living.
