The Emerging Leaders MBA (ELMBA) is a full-time, one-year cohort program designed for recent college graduates and early career professionals. Cohorts are comprised of diverse individuals with a wide variety of educational and professional backgrounds, exposing students in the program to valuable networks that extend far beyond the classroom.

The ME program offers a rigorous immersion into the nature of entrepreneurship and the entrepreneurial process. Core content is coupled with a strong commitment to experiential learning. Students are encouraged, but not required, to start a venture while in the program.
