The MSc in Electronic Communications and Computer Engineering (ECCE) combines the University of Nottingham’s academic excellence with strong industry relevance. MA in Information and Communication Engineering

The Master of Strategic Communication (Extension) is designed to respond to industry demand for competent communication professionals with the knowledge and skillset of demonstrating the use of the full spectrum of communication strategies and techniques for problem solving. Using contemporary communication scholarship and industry insights, it is also designed to address the needs of professionals who aspire to build or explore a communication career driving strong stakeholder relationships and engagement for better organisational outcomes. This course introduces students to practice-oriented knowledge and skills required in the field of communication. It serves as a stepping-stone for students who would like to apply advanced knowledge and skills in developing, implementing, and evaluating innovative and integrated solutions to real-world communication challenges. In doing this, students are encouraged (a) to demonstrate their critical and creative thinking (b) to navigate, consider, and embrace diverse contexts, issues, values, and perspectives (c) to effectively communicate and engage with various audiences through communication strategies across a range of multiple media platforms and (d) to provide innovative and strategic solutions in addressing communication and engagement challenges they face in their careers. The course is an extension of the traditional Master of Strategic Communication in that it includes an additional 24cps of electives which allow students to broaden their expertise and tailor the degree to their specific career interests.

This Communication and Information System discipline is a site conferring Master and Doctor degree.There are 20 professors and 9 associate professors, 5 doctor tutors and 24 master tutors. The discipline was granted the right of conferring M.Eng in 1989 and D.Eng in 1996.

The School of International Chinese Studies at East China Normal University accepts applications from international students interested in pursuing a 3-year research-oriented program for a Master degree in Literature. The program is based on ECNU’s main campus in Shanghai. Our program focus is on Chinese literature and culture, and we encourage comparative studies between China and other cultures as we strongly believe that literary and cultural dialogue is very necessary for the world.

The Master of Screen Arts and Production is for anyone looking to deepen, enhance or reframe their skills as a screen industry practitioner. In this course students engage in hands-on and practical training, develop a network of creative collaborators, and create a portfolio of original films and other screen works. Core subjects introduce students to a set of common foundational skills, whilst a broad range of industry-aligned electives allow students to specialise in a chosen aspect of screen production craft. All students will be exposed to subjects fostering excellence and innovation in scripted and non-scripted production, and cutting-edge media art. Working with professional film equipment and software, students are continually challenged by learning that is research-inspired and integrated with professional practice; all in our unique studio based classroom environment designed to help students explore, experiment with, and further define their creative voice. By immersing themselves in their creative practice, and spending time developing projects that they can present to industry at the conclusion of the course, a Master of Screen Arts and Production at UTS enables students to find and develop the skills and ideas that will set them apart.
