But like any relationship, our relationship with technology requires clear communication - which is where the Human Computer Interaction and Design (HCID) comes in. By developing intuitive user interfaces and easy-to-use interactive systems, HCID facilitates how we ‘talk’ to our smart devices. With the EIT Digital master's programme in Human Computer Interaction and Design, you will get the skills and knowledge needed to design the systems that define this interaction.

Responding to the development of Information and Communication Technologies in the last decades, the programme will provide knowledge and design experiences in all the application fields of digital technologies: interactive and connected products, responsive environments, tangible and multimedia interfaces, personal artifacts. The focus is on design for experience through the innovation of artifacts, spaces and services.

Interaction design is a discipline with many dimensions. It combines a way of thinking and a particular design perspective with a rigorous approach to shaping the experience of a potential user.
