5 Green Studies Masters Degree Programs in Italy

The “Green Economy and Sustainable Transitions” Master’s program at the University of Ferrara is a two-year, 120-credit international degree delivered entirely in English. It is designed for students who want to build interdisciplinary expertise at the intersection of economics, environmental policy, sustainability, and innovation.

The second cycle degree in Economics, Management and Policies for Global Challenges is generally completed over two years after having earned 120 credits. Students choose their curriculum in the first year. There are two curricula offered to students enrolling in the first year of Economics, Markets and Management in 2019/2020: 1. SMEs in International Markets; 2. Green Economy and sustainability.

The LM GrEnFIn-Greening Energy Market and Finance proposes an innovative and interdisciplinary educational path targeted to the "hero of the green economy", a new professional figure we named Sustainable Energy Expert (SEE for short).

The Global MBA in Green Energy and Sustainable Businesses is aimed at young managers who are interested in the challenges imposed by climate change, and the principle on which to build the future of business. General management skills are required from these professionals, as well as the ability to apply these skills in the field of sustainability and the efficient use of natural resources.

The Master in Green Innovation & Sustainability Management aims to train professionals capable of integrating sustainability into corporate strategies, with a focus on innovation, ethics and responsible management. The program combines theoretical foundations and practical tools to address issues such as achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), environmental impact analysis, ESG reporting and ecological transition.
