To train master's degrees with a critical sense and analytical skills in sustainable construction, as well as to develop applied research in the area, taking into account the opportunities, resources, technologies, procedures, and methods that allow conceiving and putting into practice new forms of intervention in the built habitat, considering the impacts and processes of the natural environment, and under principles of social responsibility in the national and international context.

In general, the academic name of the program is in accordance with the expectations of the program, since the title corresponds to one of the trends in the professional practice of civil engineers, architects and builders, also constituting, as a tradition of a recognized work profile for many years, both nationally and internationally, which adequately guides students and society. Our study plan aims to train Specialists in Construction Management of Public Infrastructure Works, with the competencies to develop their professional work under these three basic aspects that were discussed above, since the subjects are oriented to train and train professionals with These competencies, thus in the administrative and managerial area we find: Construction Works Management, Budgets and Financial Management of Works and finally Human Resource Management and Occupational Health, in the technical area we have the subject called Technical Supervision, programming, and control of works and the legal and regulations area, we have the subjects of Quality and ISO Standards and Legal Aspects in Construction.
