By 2026, the Public Management Specialization Program will be recognized by society and the academic community as a high-quality program, a leader in the transformation of society and public entities, in the territorial, national, and global spheres.

Specialize public servants, in the needs of the government to strengthen the knowledge, understanding, and structure of the financing of the State to supply resources for the decisions of the public agenda for the solution of the social demands of the administrations. The mission of the Public Finance program is to train professionals in knowledge, values ​​, and competencies of public administrative knowledge, with an emphasis on the management of budget, spending, finance, and public investment resources; in order to address, transform and provide solutions to the social, political and economic needs of the country, at the local, regional and national levels. In 2026 the Specialization in Public Finance will be recognized as a leading program in the improvement and updating of specialized knowledge in the management of public resources and the development of skills, abilities, and professional competencies in the transformation of society.
