The Master seeks to provide answers to the need to modify attitudes, values ​​, and worldviews of all members of society to seriously face a continuous process of sustainable development. During the Master, you will be trained with a generalized public awareness that allows you to adopt an endogenous, genuine, and integrated development process, and environmentally mature development.

The Master provides training in the field of human rights and public policies. In particular, it trains professionals for theoretical reflection and practical application of the human rights perspective in the design, implementation, and evaluation of public policies at the local, national, and regional levels. The training emphasizes the analysis of the relationship between the State and civil society and the promotion of the use of protection standards and enforcement mechanisms to strengthen the institutions of democracy and prevent human rights violations. Its thematic areas include access to justice, equality and non-discrimination, economic, social, cultural, and environmental rights, the rights of migrants and institutional violence, and citizen security.

The Master's Degree arises within the framework of the Agreement signed between our university and the National Atomic Energy Commission (CNEA), in June 2004, with the aim of “contributing to the training of human resources, adequately linking the academic activities of teaching and research and development, aspiring to reach the highest levels of excellence ”.
