6 Management Degree Programs in Romania

This programme is organized by the UNESCO Chair in Interculturality, Good Governance and Sustainable Development (Faculty of Philosophy) in partnership with the Universities of Fribourg, Hamburg, Dortmund, Regensburg and Dijon.

The program offers students various opportunities for developing skills in different areas of activities relevant to the contemporary business environment. It provides both a theoretical and a practical approach to the main business concepts for successful and effective management, familiarizing students with state-of-the-art concepts, methods, and techniques from the management field.

The aims of the specialization are orientated towards the training of specialists in the field of business administration who have internationally recognized competences. We would like to provide our students with an economics training in management and corporate governance, which requires a sound and practical teaching. Among other things, we try to achieve this goal through fundamental and well-founded knowledge of corporate management and information technology.

The general objective of the Bachelor program Management is the training of economists, future executives in the profession, oriented towards business excellence, efficiency, and effectiveness. It also supports and develops personal qualities, essential for future successful economists, such as the approach based on analysis, intuition, creativity, and communication skills for crisis resolution, identification and exploitation of opportunities.

The main objectives that this Master's program seeks to achieve can be summarized as follows: Appropriation and deepening of concepts, theories and methodology specific to the Department of International Management. At the same time, the master's program aims to deepen knowledge among students through DAAD, ERASMUS and ROTARY scholarships, but also to prepare them professionally for developing the necessary practical skills in German-speaking companies.

The Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest is an advanced research and education university, which organizes university studies and scientific research in the fields of economic, administrative and socio-human sciences. The Academy of Economic Studies is considered the most important economic higher education institution in the country and one of the most famous economic universities in South-Eastern Europe.
