The Master's in Psychology program takes a distinct approach to Transformative Learning, emphasizing the transformation of identity, as well as that of personal and professional life. The program emphasizes embodiment, meaning-making, and community-making as critical dimensions for creative participation in contemporary, postmodern society.

The Master’s in Counseling Psychology curriculum emphasizes clinical courses as well as core courses that support the student’s evolving relationship to professional practice. The Master’s in Counseling Psychology meets the educational requirements of the California Board of Behavioral Sciences, Senate Bill 33, Section 4980.36 of the Business and Professions Code (MFT). This degree also meets the educational requirements of the California Board of Behavioral Sciences, Senate Bill 788, Section 4999.33 of the Business and Professions Code for the Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

The M.A. Program in International Relations provides a rigorous approach to the study of global affairs with a particular emphasis on security and regional studies. Students are expected to develop substantive knowledge, theoretical perspectives and methodological skills necessary for conducting research and teaching in their field.

The Master of Global Affairs (MGA) provides an outstanding professional, multidisciplinary education to train the next generation of global leaders of international institutions, global civil society, and business. The MGA will equip students with a sophisticated understanding of the larger political, economic, and social contexts of global affairs and with the skills necessary to work strategically and effectively within the evolving global system.

In the Graphic Design Department, it is the greatest goal of MSGSÜ-GSF Graphic Design Department to train designers who can create a contemporary and effective visual language, who follow, understand and question changes in social and cultural structure, who think more and who have more problems about life.

Established in 1983 as Archeology and Art History, the department provides education as Art History with the separation of Archeology and Art History in 1998. In the programs carried out by two departments, Western and Contemporary Arts and Turkish and Islamic Art, the courses covering Turkish, Islamic, Ottoman arts, Western art and contemporary arts are equally weighted.
