"Graduate Philosophy in English” is a 2-year MA program for both Polish and foreign students. All offered courses are taught entirely in the English language. The studies are meant to develop philosophical skills and competencies that are useful in the professional, public, and private spheres (e.g., critical thinking, creativity, rationality, and effective argumentation).

Second-cycle program (the equivalent of an MA program) in European Studies is an interdisciplinary postgraduate course taught in English. Over the course of four semesters of study, students follow courses in various fields: political, social, cultural, and economic. The MA program in European Studies offers few study tracks.

International Relations and Public Diplomacy (IR-PUB) is a Double Degree Program conducted jointly by the Jagiellonian University in Krakow and the University of Siena. It is implemented within the framework and with the financial support of the Katamaran program of the National Agency for Academic Exchange (from the Knowledge-Education-Development Operational Program: POWER).
