    The academic area of diplomacy focuses on a variety of topics and different ways to resolve conflict. Students may learn about cultural diplomacy; communication strategies; political, economic and psychological strategies; leadership; and intelligence and counterintelligence.

    Officially known as the Italian Republic, the country is found in southern Europe. The official language is Italian and the cultural rich capital is Rome. Many of the world's oldest universities are located in Italy, in particular the University of Bologna (founded in 1088).     An MA is a master’s degree awarded to students that have completed a program studying humanities or fine arts subjects such as history, communications, philosophy, theology or English. A Master of Arts degree typically requires coursework, research and written examinations.
